Less admin.
More customers.
Hi, we're Alex and Lydia. We've built automation and growth systems for global media brands like Newsweek and Sports Illustrated. Now we build AI systems for businesses of every kind in Stratford-upon-Avon and across Warwickshire: they find new customers, look after the ones you have, run your social media, keep your books and clear the admin.
Free and 30 minutes. Over a coffee in town or on a video call.

Add up the repetitive jobs
Move the sliders to match a normal week. Fifteen enquiries a day at four minutes each is seven hours a week before you've done anything else.
We assume about 10 minutes per review reply.
Not all of it can or should be automated. In the free review we'll tell you honestly how much can.

Any business can use these, from a one-person trade to a hotel. We start from your problems, not from a product, and connect everything to the tools you already use.
Find new customers
Systems that find the people most likely to buy, using map, property and company data, then reach them with personalised letters, emails or offers.
For example: A conservatory company writing to homes with big gardens and no conservatory, or an accountant contacting newly registered local businesses.
Never miss an enquiry
An assistant on your website, email, WhatsApp or social media that answers everyday questions using only your own information, and books or passes on the ones ready to buy.
For example: A hotel answering availability questions at midnight, or a trade capturing job details while you're on site.
Follow-ups that win sales
Automatic, personal follow-ups on quotes and enquiries, reminders before appointments, and a friendly nudge to customers you haven't seen in a while.
For example: A builder chasing quotes without the awkward phone call, or a salon filling gaps from its client list.
Manage your customers
One tidy customer list that keeps itself up to date: who bought what, when they're due back and what they like, with reminders and offers sent at the right moment.
For example: A salon reminding clients when they're due a colour, or a garage texting when an MOT is due.
Reviews and reputation
Drafts a reply to every Google and Tripadvisor review in your voice, flags complaints the same day, and asks happy customers for a review at the right moment.
For example: A restaurant replying to every review within a day, without anyone giving up an evening.
Social media on autopilot
Tell it what's new and it designs the graphic, writes a post for each platform, schedules it for the best time and reports what worked.
For example: A café's new menu on Instagram, Facebook and Google in one go, without anyone opening an app.
Accounts on autopilot
Receipts read and filed, supplier bills checked, invoices sent and late payers politely chased, all synced with Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent.
For example: A tradesperson snapping receipts in the van, with the books up to date before they get home.
Admin and organisation
Sorts the inbox, drafts routine replies, keeps rotas, stock and documents in order, and puts the numbers that matter on one simple dashboard.
For example: A shop owner who knows what's selling, what to reorder and who's working, without a spreadsheet.
Websites and custom tools
Fast websites that get found on Google, Maps and AI assistants, plus booking tools, quote calculators and customer portals built around how you work.
For example: Anyone whose website is out of date, or who runs part of the business from a spreadsheet that's outgrown itself.
From first chat to working system
Free 30-minute review
Over a coffee in Stratford or on a video call. You walk us through a normal week and we look for where time and money are leaking.
A one-page plan and a fixed price
The two or three things worth doing first, what each should save or earn, what it costs and any running costs. No obligation.
We build it and test it with you
Nothing goes near your customers until you're happy with it. We show your team how it works and write it down.
Support while it beds in
We check in after launch and tune anything that needs it. Keep us on for ongoing support, or run it yourself.
Big-brand standards, local-business manners
We also run What's up, Stratford, the local guide and news site, on systems we built ourselves. It checks council notices, planning lists, food hygiene ratings and events from official sources several times a day. We hold your business to the same standard.
You stay in charge
You set the rules for what any system can and can't do, and you can switch it off at any time.
Your data stays yours
UK GDPR from the start. Accounts are in your name, and we choose settings that keep your data out of AI training.
Plain English, fixed prices
No jargon and no open-ended bills. You know the cost before we start.
Local and easy to reach
We're from Stratford-upon-Avon and work here, so we can meet you in person.
What people ask us
Is this just a chatbot?
No. Answering customers is one small part. We build systems that find new customers, manage the ones you have, run your social media, do the bookkeeping, keep rotas and stock in order, and build the website that ties it together. If a job is repetitive, slow or stuck in a spreadsheet, it can almost certainly be automated.
Is this only for hotels and restaurants?
No. Any business that answers enquiries, sends quotes, chases payments, posts on social media or does paperwork can use these systems: trades, shops, salons, professional services, charities and more. If something repetitive takes up your week, it's worth a look.
Will AI replace my staff?
That isn't the aim. We automate the repetitive parts of the job (the same questions, the same emails, the same paperwork) so your team spends more time with customers and less time at a screen.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We set it up to answer only from information you've approved, to say when it doesn't know, and to pass anything unusual to a person. We test it with you before launch, and for anything sensitive it drafts and you approve.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need, so every project gets a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. We'll also tell you about any monthly software or AI running costs up front, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email and a smartphone, you can use what we build. We handle the setup and show you how it works.
Which tools do you use?
Wherever possible, the tools you already have: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, your booking or accounts system. For the AI itself we use established providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, and pick whichever suits the job.
Is my customers' data safe?
We design every system around UK GDPR: we only use the data the job needs, keep it in accounts you control, and choose business settings where your data isn't used to train AI models. We're happy to sign a data processing agreement.
