Demos

Don't take our word for it. Try it.

Four of the systems we build, running on made-up businesses. This isn't just a chatbot: it's AI that finds customers, answers them, markets the business and does the books.

01 · Answer and book

Every enquiry answered, day or night

Message a made-up restaurant, guest house, plumber, salon or garage. Watch it work out what you want, check the diary, reply, book it and tell the owner, and see what it does when it isn't sure.

A demonstration with scripted replies for made-up businesses. Nothing is sent, booked or stored. Real systems are built around your own diary, menu, prices and rules.
02 · Find new customers

New customers, found and written to for you

A made-up conservatory company scans a street from above, rules out homes that already have one, measures every garden and writes a personalised letter to each good match. Change the rules and the shortlist updates.

A demonstration with made-up homes on a made-up street. A real system uses licensed aerial imagery and Ordnance Survey data (not Google Maps, whose terms don't allow this kind of analysis), checks planning records, and writes to "the homeowner" without using anyone's name.
03 · Social media on autopilot

One update in, every platform covered

Tell it what's new in a few words. It designs an on-brand graphic, writes a post for Instagram, Facebook and Google, and schedules each one for the best time.

A demonstration for made-up businesses, with photos from Unsplash. Nothing is posted anywhere. A real system learns your brand, uses your own photos where it can, and lets you approve posts before they go out, or post automatically if you prefer.
04 · Accounts on autopilot

Bookkeeping that does itself

A receipt photo read and filed, a supplier bill checked and sent for approval, and a late payer politely chased until they pay, all matched to the bank and posted to the accounts.

A demonstration with made-up businesses and figures. Nothing connects to real accounts. Real systems work with tools like Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent, follow your approval rules, and leave the final say on anything unusual to you or your accountant.
The real thing

What changes when it's your business

These demos use scripted responses. A system we build for you uses AI set up around your business, connected to your tools and tested with you before any customer sees it.

Plugged into your tools

The real thing works with your actual diary, price list, customer list, accounts software and social accounts, on the channels your customers already use.

Follows your rules

Big orders, refunds, complaints, large payments or anything it isn't sure about go straight to you. You decide what it can do on its own and what always needs a person.

You stay in charge

Everything is logged so you can see exactly what happened. You can step in at any point, change a rule in plain English, or switch it off.

Your numbers

How much time would it give you back?

Move the sliders to match a normal week in your business.

We assume about 10 minutes per review reply.
